6 Month Program

This is a comprehensive coaching program that takes into consideration all of the elements that lead to a healthy lifestyle. This program is ideal to make sustainable changes that will lead you to your personal level of optimal health and balance with support to stay focused on your goals.

The program includes a review of all aspects of your health, from nutrition to physical activity, sleep patterns, stress management, relationships, career satisfaction and overall happiness. Together we will bring attention to the areas that you would like to see improvement by identifying your health & wellness vision, goal setting and developing action steps to help you make progress towards your vision. This step-by-step process is strategic, powerful and essential in making changes and creating new habits that will be sustainable. Health is a journey, and as your health coach I will inspire, motivate and guide you every step of the way. The program includes bi-weekly individual coaching sessions and online support between sessions.

3 Month Program

This 3 month coaching program is based on the same principles as the 6 month program. In our work together, we will take the same holistic approach to exploring all areas impacting your overall health. Your vision, goals and action steps will be developed in a manner to be attainable in this shorter timeframe. The program includes bi-weekly individual coaching sessions and online support between sessions.
