I transitioned from being a runner to an avid hiker several years ago. Moving my body has always been important to me. I am realizing that nowadays, I need to put more focus on my diet in order to maintain my weight and overall health. I wanted to work with Stacey to learn more about different dietary theories and how to best nourish my body. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the theories and shared that what works for one person, may not work for another. I like the fact that Stacey does not prescribe to any particular diet. She works with your individual needs and desires in regards to a lifestyle plan for eating that fits you. I have learned a great deal about my relationship with food including what triggers emotional eating patterns when stressed and tips & tricks to make healthier eating choices easy. We laugh at the saying, “You are what you eat”, but at the end of the day this is 100% true. Stacey has coached me on ways to use food as “medicine” such as the power of anti-inflammatory foods, foods to help with digestion and eating a clean diet to prevent lifestyle diseases. I look forward to every session and has been a great journey working with Stacey. It feels good to feel good!

As a working mom with two kids, I was burning the candle at both ends and putting myself last. I realized that I was taking care of everyone except for myself. I was overweight, unhealthy, lacked energy, and pretty miserable. I met Stacey and my life was forever changed! Stacey helped me realize that putting myself first was the best way for me to take care of my family. She made me see that if I was healthier and thus happier, it would resonate to my kids and husband. I’ve always been a very active person, but I never paid too much attention to my diet. Stacey made me realize how important your diet is to weight loss, energy, and overall wellness. Stacey has a heart of gold and she is so easy to talk to (and even cry to). I feel like she really cared about my success and happiness and she went the extra mile to make sure I achieved my goals. Stacey uses practical lifestyle and diet changes that helped me change my habits for good. I have reached my weight loss goal and have maintained for many months and I’ve never felt better. I am beyond grateful that I found Stacey.
